Promoters Ordinance Back Like Crack

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the Promoters Ordinance is back on the agenda at City Hall. Myself and the other creators of 4themusic.org will be updating the site to reflect changes in the proposed ordinance so we can renew the fight against this disastrous piece of legislation.
